Alley Agate
Alley Agate marbles are West Virginia machine-made swirls, usually opaque with flowing multi-colour surface swirls.
What to look for
- Swirls should flow around the sphere rather than sit as patches.
- Green, orange and oxblood-look tones are typical.
- Check for as-made folds where the glass stream overlapped.
