These terms apply to every order placed on justmarbles.online. Plain language, no traps.
Who you are buying from
Just Marbles is a Canadian collectibles store operated by Hardy Apex in Quebec, Canada. Contact: info@hardyapex.com.
What we sell
Every listing is a single, individually photographed marble or an identified lot. Photos are of the exact item you receive. Attribution is offered as pattern-based opinion and is described as attributed, undocumented — never as certified provenance. Manufacturing marks such as shear or cut-off marks, pontils, seam tails and as-made pits are described as marks of manufacture, not damage.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in CAD and include no taxes or shipping until checkout. Because items are one-of-a-kind, an order may be cancelled and fully refunded if the item is no longer available. We may correct obvious pricing errors before shipping, with a full refund offered instead.
Shipping
Orders ship from Canada with tracking. Rates and delivery windows are on the Worldwide Shipping page. Import duties and customs charges outside Canada are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Our grading guarantee and return process are set out on the Returns & Guarantee page and form part of these terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Content and accounts
Photos, grading text and guides on this site belong to Just Marbles. Collector accounts are for personal use; you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there.
