The whole point of a graded marble is that the description is honest. If what arrives does not match what we wrote, we make it right.
Grading guarantee
If a marble arrives with damage we did not describe, contact us with photos and you get a full refund including return shipping. Manufacturing marks — shear cuts, pontils, seam tails, as-made pits — are described as such and are not defects.
Change of mind
Returns are accepted within the window shown at checkout, provided the marble comes back in the same condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's cost on change-of-mind returns.
Damage in transit
Photograph the parcel and contents before unpacking further, then email us. Tracked shipping means we can follow it up properly.
